Living and breathing yoga
Hello, I’m Raj Rajani, and I’m proud to say that I’ve been on this life's journey for over half a century! Throughout my life, I’ve embraced many roles and responsibilities, from being a wife, mother, and sister to an animal lover, environmental activist, trustee, accountant, and career businesswoman.
Each of these experiences has enriched my life with a tapestry of emotions—happiness, sadness, love, hate, loss of confidence, depression, anxiety, peace, and joy. It’s enough to fill the pages of a classic story one day!

Just as with everyone I meet, my life as has not been smooth sailing, and I am grateful for the grounding presence of yoga and meditation that is part of my everyday.
Growing up, my parents were deeply rooted in the science and philosophy of yoga and meditation which I observed at a distance. It wasn’t until my own children came along, over 20 years ago, that I began to explore these practices for myself. As my life evolved, I immersed myself in four years of teacher training and yoga therapy, expanding my understanding of energy healing through Reiki training. I continue to study various forms of yoga and meditation, with the goal of sharing my knowledge.
Mahatma Gandhi once said “Be the change you want to see in the world” and so I strive to live by the principles I teach; by maintaining a daily morning yoga and meditation practice. Today, my practice inspires me with a gentle stream of contentedness and ease… things seem to flow more naturally, even during difficult times.
My passion for yoga continues to grow; and the more I do, the more I want to share its transformative powers with everyone because it has been a life changing experience. My ambition is to help everyone I encounter, to find healing and growth, inner peace, a sense of balance & the joy of life in harmony with the natural laws of energy.
My style is spiritual, intuitive, creative & supportive.
