Inspire Book Club
Focused on Wellness
Our book club, is run by Emma Wise (breathwork coach) and myself.
We meet every month/six weekly around school term.
​
We choose from a variety of books recommended by the group.
We start with a tarot card which often resonates with the energy within the group, with the book or indeed with what is going on in the world at the time.
​
We review the chosen book, discuss how they inspire us, as well as take the opportunity to experiment with some of the self-study options and end with a peaceful group meditation.
​
​It really is a lovely time to spend together with likeminded people. If this speaks to you, come and join us.
