Service Description
Experiencing and understanding the healing powers of the Chakras (wheels of energy) for all beginners as well as those who wish to deepen your yoga practice. A 6 week course, to access the healing power of the chakras and understanding why through the art and science of yoga. Each of the Friday mornings will focus on 1-2 of the energy centers to awaken yourself to the chakras through a yoga sequence, mantra sound, colour visualisation and meditation. You will gain an understanding of the chakras and how they relate to the primal energy force and the natural elements, how it can heal and strengthen on all levels – mind body heart and spirit.
