Yoga therapy is a holistic mind-body practice that uses movement, relaxation, self-observation breathwork and meditation to help relieve stress, and manage underlying health conditions or symptoms arising within the different systems of the mind-body. 

Each client will receive a personalised treatment plan based on their personal conditions.
